Raclette U sýráků

The name "Raclette" is derived from the French word racler, which means to scrape. The cheese is heated on one side where it melts and then scraped. When melted, it is served with grenaille potatoes, pickles and onions. With the option of adding sautéed mushrooms with thyme or chorizo.

The range also includes freshly baked Classic cheese toast: Raclette cheese, truffle oil, spring onions and red onions with the option of adding chorizo.
